This organ composition is based on a twelve tone theme with the first notes A and Es (for Arnold Schönberg).
I composed it for my fellow student Reinhard von Thaler on the occasion of his organ exam at the Thüringer Kirchenmusikschule Eisenach where he executed its first performance during his graduate concert.
